Paperless delivery occurs when your tickets are associated with the original card used to purchase the tickets on the primary market. 

If the seller used a prepaid gift card when originally ordering the tickets, the card will be shipped to you or available for pick up at a location near the venue on the day of the event. The venue staff will be able to pull up the ticket information by swiping the card, at which time you will be allowed into the event. There is no balance on this card, and it can be disposed of after your event. Best of all, there is no need to stop at the box office or will call window prior to arriving at the gate.  

If the seller purchased the tickets using a credit card, rather than a disposable prepaid gift card, we will arrange for you to meet the seller at the venue so that they present their card to allow you, and other customers, access to the event.  

In either case, everyone in your party must enter the venue together as all tickets are on a single card. You will be handed a print out of your section, row, and seat numbers so you will be able to quickly and easily find your seats once inside.
