You will receive an email with all of the contact information you will need to pick up your tickets on the day of the event, including the number of the seller's representative and our customer service center.  These phone numbers are for the day of the event (or the day of your scheduled pickup) only.  If you need assistance before your event, feel free to email us.

Call the seller's representative on the day of the event if:

  • You are running late
  • You are having trouble finding the pickup location
  • If you are no longer attending the event/no longer need to pick up the tickets

Call our customer service center on the day of the event  if:

  • You can't reach the seller
  • You think you receive the wrong tickets or had any issues at the pickup location
  • You have trouble gaining entry into the event
