Special Delivery is often set up when the event is too soon to ship the tickets, however that isn't always the case. Sometimes tickets are originally set up to be at Will Call or are associated with the card the seller used to purchase them. Tickets may also be set up as Special Delivery if the seller expects that they won't receive the tickets from the venue until right before the event. If the seller does happen to receive them sooner than planned, we will send you an email to let you know they can be delivered a different way.
