There are a few specified delivery methods that fall under the category of Special Delivery. Sellers will use these methods when they are unable to deliver tickets via email, electronic transfer, or by shipping them before the event. Since the exact delivery details are based on what format the tickets originally came in, we are unable to request a particular delivery method for your tickets.

Types of special delivery:

• Local Pickup
  • You will be able to pick up your tickets at or near the venue on the day of the event.  
• Will Call
  • The tickets will be available at the venue's box office or designated Will Call window starting an hour prior to the event.
• Paperless Delivery
  • The tickets are associated with the card used to purchase them on the primary market.  
• On-Site Services
  • Local Pickup on or near the venue premises for high profile events such as the Super Bowl. For these events, all ticket distribution is done through a single team that is sent to the city of the event, rather than with individual sellers.

We will send you detailed instructions on how you will be receiving your tickets on the day of the event. We will also include if the tickets can be picked up early and any contact information for the seller you may need. The seller will typically finalize these plans the week of the event, so don't worry if you don't receive that information right away. If there are any updates or changes to the delivery method displayed at checkout, we will contact you with any additional information we receive.
