If you are having trouble downloading your tickets from the link in the email, try the following solutions:

  • Open the link to the PDF files in a different web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Chrome, or FireFox).
  • Temporarily disable any pop up blockers and/or enable Javascript, Adbobe Plugins, and Cookies. 
  • Save the PDF ticket file to your desktop and open it from there, instead of from within your browser window.
    • Open the file using Adobe Reader and select "File" then "Print". 
  • Be sure to check that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
