Typically, the delivery driver will make three attempts to deliver the package.  If no one is there to sign for it during any of those attempts, they hold it for pickup at a nearby facility for 3-5 business days.  To pick up your tickets, you will need to provide a photo ID and the tracking number associated with your package.  If the package is not picked up in that time frame, it will be sent back to us and additional reshipment charges may apply.

If you need the package held at a particular location or rerouted to a different address, please email us and we will submit the request on your behalf.  Please note, any changes made after a package has shipped may cause delivery delays.
