The secondary market on which we operate is a live market, meaning that inventory and the prices associated with that inventory may change frequently. We are unable to exchange tickets because we do not own any of the tickets listed on our site. Most of the tickets you see are listed by different sellers and we are not able to cancel the sale with the first seller you purchased from, just as they are not able to cancel your order if someone was willing to pay more after they confirmed your order. By agreeing to our Sales Terms, you are acknowledging that you are aware of our "all sales are final" policy.
Prices have gone down for tickets similar to the ones I purchased. Are you able to exchange them or refund the difference? Print
