TicketOffices.com is continually monitoring the COVID-19 epidemic, which is an unprecedented worldwide event that has made it impossible to perform certain obligations in the ticketing and event industry, such as holding live events on pre-scheduled dates. As the situation rapidly develops, we are reassessing our policies to ensure that our customers get our quality customer service. Our customers’ safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us. Unfortunately, however, many things are still not foreseeable or under our control at this time. Even so, we want to do all we can to support our customers within the constraints of what is feasible in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. If your event has been cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled during this time, you will receive an email notifying you of such, and the below guidelines apply.
Event Cancellations
For all customers who have purchased tickets for events that have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will provide full compensation to you. We will be sending emails to our canceled-event customers with specific information. Given the number of events being cancelled, please allow sufficient time to receive this information.
Event Postponements or Rescheduling
Please note that we do not refund or credit for postponed or rescheduled events, regardless of the length of time of the postponement or rescheduled date, because your tickets will be valid for the new date. If your event was postponed or rescheduled and you are not able to attend the new date, you may be able to re-sell your tickets. If your postponed or rescheduled event ends up getting cancelled then we will be happy to compensate you; and emails explaining how you will receive this compensation will be sent out if and when an event is cancelled.
We may not be able to control whether events are cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled as events may be cancelled by a team, performer, venue, or promoter. You should review their respective websites and policies for more information.
Venue Health and Safety Policies
As a result of public health safeguards necessitated by COVID-19, your tickets and admission to purchased events are subject to required venue safety and health policies. You agree that, as the venue determines as necessary, the venue may continue to update and develop these policies between the time of your purchase and the event date. By using the tickets, you purchased, you agree that you will comply with these policies, and your ability to attend the event is conditioned on this compliance. If you are denied admission to the event, or your admission is revoked, as a result of you willfully failing or refusing to comply with any safety and health policies of the venue, you will not be eligible for compensation from TicketOffices.com.
