Yes, if your event is officially cancelled, you will receive full compensation for your order total.  However, we do not refund or credit for postponed or rescheduled events, regardless of the length of time of the postponement or rescheduled date, because your tickets will still be valid for the new, rescheduled date. In some cases, the seller will need the tickets shipped back to them in order for you to be compensated.  We will send you a prepaid shipping label if your tickets need to be sent back to the seller.  If you haven't received notification that your tickets need to be shipped back after one month after receipt of a notice of cancellation, feel free to discard the tickets at that time.
